Now at Mediation

OK, I've read quite a few threads, but nothing really relates to my case. So please dont shoot me down if my question has been answered before, just point me in the right direction.

Case. I was parked on a double yellow line which was only accessible via a security gate, as the road in question formed part of a building site. So as security allowed me park, no contract was entered into.
I ignored all letters from the private firm that issued the parking charge notice.
Claim to go to court issued. I entered my defence online via the moneyclaim.gov site for the county court. They 'Gladstones' have now issued a mediation letter, which of course I will now ignore or not go to mediation, as per advice here. However I'm struggling as to where I say No to the mediation? As there is nothing in there last letter, and as yet nothing on my online case.
Any advice please?

They 'Gladstones' have now issued a mediation letter, which of course I will now ignore or not go to mediation

You are right not to accept mediation, no difference to chatting to a strange bloke down the road who knows nothing about the parking scam...... Gladstones know this.  It could be a sign that rgey know they will lose

If they added the fake £60 to their claim, chances are very high Gladstones will be spanked in court again, just like these two

So why not find some that do, there must be hundreds.

Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams, so consider complaining to your MP, it can cause the scammer extra costs and work, and has been known to get the charge cancelled.

Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, many of whom are former clampers, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.

Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these Private Parking Companies.

Part of the said road in question of where alledged offence
occured, has not been accesible to the public since January 2018,
and continues to remain closed, and access is only possible via a
manned security gate, due to the said road forming part of a
building site. As an engineer working on the site carrying out
vital emergency electrical repairs, I was allowed through the
security gate, therefore did not enter into any contract via any
sineage.
