    OK update.
The claimant has issued a witness statement to the court. Gladstones are acting on behalf , and state 'The assumption is that our client is not attending the hearing and therefore we kindly this notice be treated as a notice pursuant to CPR 27.9'
Logged into MCOL, and cannot see this notice?
What should I do next please? As previous advise is to advise here of any updates.
im also having trouuble locating the date of the case? If anybody could advise on that as well.

    Thanks guys

As well as to the court, the claimant's WS should have been sent to you by Gladstones. Have you received it?  Have you completed and sent your WS to Gs and the court?  If it's WS stage, a court hearing is normally within 14 days of the WS submission deadline.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Mcol doesn't update when it has referred the case to the local court that you have chosen
The CCBC in Northampton is just a government office , not a court

It's you local court you need to contact because they are handling the case

You should have had a court order from your local court , which includes the date of the case, plus includes a phrase telling you when the WS plus Exhibits plus summary costs assessment need to be submitted by , usually 2 weeks before , but could be longer

    As above
You will have been told your case is allocated to your local court. At that point MCOL will get no further updates. None.
Your local court will have then told you a date of hearing, a d within that letter is your deadline. What are they?

Yes phoned them this morning at 9am sharp when they opened. Ended up 9th in queue. After a 30 min wait was advised that the hearing has been adjourned (orginally 1st September). And will be advised by post of new date.

OK new date is 23rd February
Gladstones have said their client (UKCPM) is not attending the hearing, and are requesting their notice to be treated as a notice pursuant to CPR 27.9
Gladstones have a witness statement, and are using Parking Eye
Can you kind people please advise.

It worries me that you were here in February then August and haven't mentioned that you've submitted YOUR Witness Statement and evidence.  You were meant to do that in August, not less than 14 days before that first hearing that was then adjourned.  Did you?

If not, you must do it now, like Gladstones have, and you know what to do and what a WS and evidence looks like because the NEWBIES thread shows you one.  Of course they mention ParkingEye v Beavis...this is not new.

You've been here long enough to have read umpteen dozen other court threads over the months (we read umpteen dozen every week!) and learnt from them as well as revisited the NEWBIES thread.
