So do I need to email Lidl CEO or Customer Services first or email both CEO/Customer Services and AthenaJust the CEO - Christian Haertnagel - their Customer Services will float you a fob-off line to take it up with Athena.

So I got a PCN yesterday for a 20 min overstay. I emailed Lidl CEO and customer services asking them to cancel it. I spent £150 in store on a monthly shop and sent proof and sent copy of my blue badge - I am disabled hence very slow to get from car to trolley to store around store and through checkout and then very slow unloading into car and exiting.
I received this reply today and I'm really upset about it. Any advice very much appreciated. Thank you.Dear XXXXXXXX
Our Ref: XXXXXXRe: Parking Charge
I refer to your recent communication with us regarding the Parking Charge Notice you received.
I am sorry you have received a parking charge whilst visiting one of our stores. Unfortunately, we are unable to appeal this charge on your behalf as this Car Park Management Company will only accept appeals directly from the owner of the vehicle.
The most efficient way to appeal your parking charge is to do so with the Car Park Management company direct. Details of how to do this will be on the parking charge notice you have received.
Thank you again for taking the time to contact us.Yours sincerely,
For and on behalf of Lidl Great Britain Limited

Did you address your complaint to Christian Haertnagel CEO of Lidl, or as it seems, you wrote to their Customer Services - hence the fob-off line? We've seen this so many times before, there's no need for a response, just write directly to Christian Haertnagel and get this cancelled properly! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I will write back and ask for the matter to be dealt with by the CEO.0 -
Simply write a new email direct to the CEO, don't refer to any previous correspondence.christianhaertnagel@lidl.co.ukPlease note, we are not a legal advice forum.
