DP  just leave the troll alone.
If they can prove some credibility, after this disastrous start, they could be worth engaging with. Right now theyre just dragging topics off course, and are not worth anyones time.

John, if you do not think that these companies are scammers read Hansard., Sir Greg Knight's private member's  bill. all three readiings.  Hundreds of MPS have opined that these companies scam the public.  Do none of them know what they are takling about?.
what do you mean by 'these companies'?
I am not saying no PPCs are scammers
The libellous allegation made by beamerguy hiding behind a false name on someone else's forum related to a particular supermarket and a particular company on this thread.
    And with no proof
    Thats the problem

I really think that we have indulged this poster long enough, he has insulted the Count and my good=self, accused CM of stalking him, and now accuses Beamer of posting libellous comment.  Clearly reason passes over his head and  I think it is time to report the chap whenever he crosses the line.

You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

Indeed, I have reported him twice - so far.

And it will be done each time as needed, from me.
The "threats" above are SO familiar from a PPR'd troll on the old boards, that it seems an unlikely coincidence.

  • This Forum is so confusing to follow. Can someone please just explain what I need to do to challenge a Lidl/Athena PCN? I admit I did overstay for 14 mins but the £90 charge is excessive. So do I need to email Lidl CEO or Customer Services first or email both CEO/Customer Services and Athena Appeal at the same time? Is it guaranteed to work or should I just settle quickly and pay £45?

    Yes.
or email both CEO/Customer Services and Athena Appeal at the same time?
    No point doing an appeal.

     Is it guaranteed to work
    Yes. Never fails.

or should I just settle quickly and pay £45?

Pay it to a charity of your choice please, when you come back to report we were right!

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Confusion because you chanced upon a thread that is being taken off track by a (well I don't know what to call him/her).  However, to support the advice given by Coupon-mad, if you had read the NEWBIE sticky rather than jumping on someone else's thread, you would have seen first step is always a landowner/retailer cancellation and could then have searched the forum for the e-mail address of the CEO and found: -
