Well done, the customer wins, not the scammerZia1957 said:I received a reply within a week, they cancelled my penalty charge. Thanks MSE for providing the right guidance.
I see no proof or any scam on this thread.
Its not fair to post libellous allegations from someone else's platform
Start your own platform and take the responsibility yourself if you want to do that.0 -
Or you hit report and leave the moderation to the mods, not you. You have no power here, and your opinion is unnecessary3

You did the right thing ........ well doneZia1957 said:Hi,
I just want to share my experience on parking charges from ANPR Ltd (Lidle Parking Management Company).
I received a PCN from Athena ANPR ltd, stating exceeded parking by 16 minutes. I went to MSC Form and got some tips how to appeal. I appealed to ANPR using the claim process online and e-mail them with copy of my last month’s shopping receipts saying I am a regular customer of Lidle and this happened 1st time. I also challenged them for charging £45 for 16 minutes on the basic that the charge was disproportionate and not commercially justifiable. I received a reply within a week, they cancelled my penalty charge. Thanks MSE for providing the right guidance.2 -
I didnt say I did, I was pointing out the correct route for you if you have an actual concern. However if youre who I think you are, you dont want to alert mods to your new account.John464 said:

Not relevant for this thread - youve dragged it off topic enough.
OP - well done. Getting rid of the scammers invoices is always a pleasure!2 -
So thats a no then. You only have the same 'power' as me which is to post on this forum. Which I will not abuse by posting libellous comments.
I didnt say I did,
Supermarkets sometimes have to put a time limit on their carparkarks. As far as I can see this thread has 2 cases where Lidl could have enforced it with a fine. But they didn't. So credit where its due. I find beamerguys comments of 'treating their customers with contempt' and 'scammers' certainly uncalled for and probably libellous - and on a platform someone else is responsible for.
And I will say so if thats alright with you
... and also if it isn't-1 -
John, if you do not think that these companies are scammers read Hansard., Sir Greg Knight's private member's bill. all three readiings. Hundreds of MPS have opined that these companies scam the public. Do none of them know what they are takling about?.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.2
