when are you putting your xmas decs up?

We usually do ours couple weekends before Xmas but we are putting ours up this weekend this yr!

We're putting ours up tomorrow (1st) as we're really excited this year! I feel really settled this time, after moving and getting wed last year...so i think thats why im so happy and excited

My sister is putting hers up the 2nd weekend, and my mom leaves it as long as possible until my sister and I end up dragging it out and helping her decorate! (she says after doing it for so many years, 5 kids later....the novelty is wearing thin lol..she needs encouragement!!!!)

i want to put mine up this weekend ! and my girls want to decorate their pink tree for their room this weekend as well !

I have moved my living room about in the last few mths and I dont have any space for it tho :rolleyes: might have to move pc desk into the bedroom :eek:

Our tree went up this morning and the decorations will be tomorrow, and there were lots of excited small schoolchildren oohing and aahing at it outsids ofater school today.

Mine ar going up this weekend!

Ive been gagging for it (christmas that is!) for ages now - ive been so prepared this year that i cant wait any longer!!!!!!!!!!! Its killing me - so tomorrow, me and benji will reorganise the living rom to make space for the tree between the two chairs, and put it up with decorations then sit down adn watch the santa claus i think - ooooohhhhhhhhhhhhh am so EXCITED!!!!!!!:j :j :j :j :j :j :j :j :j :j

We do ours weekend after 1st December - so this year the 8th - but in answer to your question - yes I do still notice it crimbo day!:santa2: However - i take it down 1st Jan, as by then fed up of it collecting dust!!!!:rotfl:

Ours will go up on the 21st as that's my first day off work for Christmas and the kid's last day at school so we'll all do them together after school. They always come down on 12 th night, which is also my birthday!!
