As I quoted he said 'its normally 2-3 days'
Coupon Mad said 'It is NEVER 2 or 3 days later so he is clueless'
I am not trying to be pedantic here.
But how can anyone know it is 'NEVER 2-3 days'?

Can the Lidl Store Manager do anything?Previously they have said no to me. As the registered keeper I got two tickets for short overstays in September and I emailed the CEO and provided receipts showing hundreds of pounds of patronage, for same day, and for neither charge have I had a response. I have chased them. I wonder if coronavirus working arrangements have changed how Lidl support their customers.
Initially in lockdown Lidl had no rules in the car park (because of queuing they said) and now they do. You don’t have to type in your reg any more but the time limits are still applied.Lidl are not replying to me. Am I the only one?0 -
@Modern, you need to change your habits, or buy a new watch.
You picked up two PCNs at Lidl last year...

I know! I have had more inbetween too, but always they have been cancelled (thanks to the advice on this forum). I have a large family and rarely shop, so the trolley overfloweth!
They day 90minute stay and usually I am 10-15 minutes over. Especially if I receive phone calls whilst there, which is often the case.
Has there been a Lidl change of practice - no one has replied to my email to the Lidl ceo and I am worried.0 -
In light of your comments, on this occasion only, I have requested that the parking charge is cancelled.
So how many times have Lidl said that?
In particular, the words "on this occasion only".
I really don't know what you expect from this forum.4 -
The CEO seems to have removed his personal name from the email address list, so I don't think Christian.Haertnagel works any longer. While we try to help those who accidentally fall foul of the PPC network, we don't carry on giving unlimited support to those who continue to repeat. The good news for you, Athena seem totally benign on the court front ....... at the moment. The bad news ..... they have 6 years to start a court claim against you.@KeithP always gives good advice. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Put your phone in aeroplane mode before entering , and back on after exiting , get your vehicle placed on a whitelist , go somewhere else to shop , petition them to increase the limit to 2 hours , you have numerous options you can employ , instead of constantly wanting a cancellation5

Athena are so easy to beat.
They even cancel tickets on the phone....4 -
Okay - Thank you! The lesson is learned and I will cease to overpark. I don’t like Lidl and their carpark anyway.
Is it too late to appeal now? I have two outstanding charges. One within 14 days at £45, the other now 32 days and was £90 at 28 days.
ALL THE ITHERS WERE CLEARED BY LIDL, but for these two I have not had replies from Lidl from customer service nor from the CEO.
I have receipts for over £200 for each of the days the ‘offences’ took place. What should I do?

Update - Lidl appear to have cancelled the older ticket without telling me because the ticket is no longer on athena’s system! It seems that Lidl might be a bit behind on admin!4
