    Gosh, that brickwork is appalling. Nobody paying a premium for a new build should have shoddy quality brickwork like that. Sorry OP but it would make me concerned what else they have bodged in the house??

    I am really glad you got the brickwork sorted but would be tempted to still employ a professional snagger for the rest of the house. Best of luck.
