  • Well done Blancswan Im currently going through a similar case in regards to paying for parking but incorrect VRN which im getting help from this forum. Can i just ask if you can remember any points which you felt were really effective with the judge as well as another points in regards to fighting a case over incorrect VRN Many thanks in advance
  • @Chico_talent if you use the WS template posted on my thread, you can’t go far wrong. I put a lot of focus on the signage so if you can get photos from the car park that will definitely help. HX only used stock images & they didn’t match my photos. The judge understood everything in the WS so actually all I needed to do was go over those points again at the hearing. I’m sure you’ll be fine. When did your incident happen?

You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
  • @blancswann my incident happened Aug 19. Their pictures of the signs are the correct ones. I do have my own pictures to use as well. My case is more of the wording used on the sign and its ambiguous. Im nervous and excited at the same time. Never been to court so its kinda exciting, nervous because im not a lawyer so it been a massive learning curve and relying on the good will of people on this forum. I just hope they dont discontinue, ive put so much effort into writing a defence, already prepared a WS and court packs that i hope i get to use them
