I doubt that Horizon issued POFA compliant PCN,s , but if you emailed a SAR to the DPO at Horizon then they should have sent you your data including copies of the paperwork so you can check the NTK yourself

As for your MP , they should be writing to Robert Jenrick about the lack of progress on the new Parking CoP from the Mhclg , that gained royal assent 13 months ago and that Rishi Sunak was dealing with, the one his government passed and instigated by Sir Greg Knight MP

I agree it won't help your case but until the system is changed then more victims will occur, the system needs vaccination and it's long overdue, don't just think of yourself , try to get change for the greater good by getting the government and its mp,s to implement the changes required

When Captain Tom started his walk , it was to help others who had helped him , same as he did his duty in the 2nd world war

    Thankyou
Indeed We will definitely do that.
I have just been reading on here about telephone hearings as the technology when they tried to sort out a video hearing was rubbish so they abandoned that and sent her a letter to attend court. Can she ask for a telephone hearing as she doesn't really want to risk the virus going to court which judging from the newspaper article is not very clean and not good social distancing?
can she send more evidence to the court prior to the case?

These are unprecedented times and you have as much idea of the answer to you question as we do. Try the court and see what they say, let us know.

You are not allowed to add anything to an already submitted defence (well, not unless you pay - £255).
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Unkomass - this is a set aside hearing, so the rule you are thinking of does not exist.
OP it would help if we knew what you were wanting to add...
Currently - what you *want* to do isnt important, iot is what the court will *let* you do. Certainly try, but if they state you msut attend, you MUST ATTEND- else your set aside is likely to be denied and your ONE chance at removing the CCJ is *gone*.

Write to her again stating that you are not asking her help with legal proceedings.  Say that you are asking her to  write to the PPC asking them to cancel the ticket.  See if she voted on Sir Greg Knight's Private Members Bill.  This information can be obtained via a search engine, so please do not ask us.

Council tax bill - presumably you had referred to living at new address as reason it wasnt served already, so this of course does not change your *defence* as living elsewhere is not a *defence*, but it is in the witness statement because it supports why should get a set aside -that you were at a new address and you were *there to be found* ie you werent hiding, if they had looked they would have found you.

Yes! Think about that question for a second... it should not need asking, as the answer is pretty obvious!
