do you mean the claim form sent from the solicitors..( gladstones ) to the court to claim the money off her as she did not respond  to them so the court issued her with a ccj . Is this how it works?

...what claim form do you mean?
The County Court Claim Form that you missed/never saw/ignored that led to the the County Court Judgment against you that led to the set aside.

You really do need to put some effort into understanding the situation you are in.

Have you complained to your MP about this?  If not, you should.

got a reply from our mp..
Thank you for your recent email; I'm sorry to hear of the concerns you raise. I'm afraid I have no influence over legal proceedings. I think it best that you seek independent advice on this matter and you can find further information by contacting the Greater Manchester Law Centre or visiting their website at https://www.gmlaw.org.uk/

I'm sorry I'm unable to assist you in this matter

    Regards and best wishes

So the case will be heard in a few days and they cancelled the video hearing so she has to go to a local county court to attend for the ccj set aside.
Does anyone know if she can add some evidence to the case and add notes to the paperwork already sent to the court? Also regarding Horizon does anyone know if horizon relied on POFA in 2017 when the pcn was apparently sent to her.
any other advice would be gratefully accepted .
as mentioned before our MP stated she would not get involved in legal proceedings so could not help.
    Thanks
