Did you send it first class, with proof of postage?

Hi Sorry I just panicked a bit to get it all off so sent with “help with fees” form as well along with statement from her husband who was at the house before it was sold and saw no sight of any parking tickets or ccj mail . I sent it via special tracked signed for delivery . Supposed to be delivered by today at 1pm

The three documents?
Panicking doesnt help. This is a legal process. Panicking makes yo umake mistakes, and usually those are costly.

Well it took over my life so I decided to do as best as I could by checking out other people’s set aside’s in there and did a order and witness statement and defence

Showing us exactly what you sent would be a good idea .Nay, its mandatory if you want any useful help in the next steps
I get it was taking over your life. Again. Panicking does not help you in any way shape or form. It means you make mistakes.

So what if it "as" stupuid? It cant be chanegd now
But if we dont know what you actually put, how can we possibly help you prepare for the hearing? Talknig of which, have you read other peoples discussions of set aside hearings?

i know! Thanks and I will put it up in different sections..
i would be grateful for every help for the hearing.. i read so many things on here and I probably got myself in a tangle trying to fit it to this case  thankyou

Youre where you are now
THe main thing left is to understand the LIKELY way the hearing is going to go. The actual specifics of someones case dont matter as much now - youre just trying to see what they experienced.
