UNLESS your daughter qualifies for help with fees. Find the latter out.
Sage advice; if your daughter is in the financial difficulties you write about then help with fees is a distinct possibility.

appeal for set aside or pay almost £500 to the parking company??? My daughter absolutely cannot afford that!! It is all a absolute nightmare and causing so much anxiety£600 minimum limit
Currently the minimum amount that can be transferred to a HCEO is £600 including court cost, but there is no maximum limit. At present anything below the £600 threshold can only be enforce by a CCB, but they, unlike HCEOs, also have an upper limit of £5,000.

are the parking co and newlyns being totally honest with you ?

Its dead easy to get up to £600
Starting at £300 for a crappy claim from 5 years ago (interest mounts up) they can pretend they attended after a writ fo control was issued. THats £300 extra right there.0 -
however the figure id £600 INC court feed , not after 500 letters and fake calls
must be £600 BEFORE handing to HCB£600 minimum limit

Hi guys can you have a look at set aside please.. sorry!Made a mess of it.. back to the drawing board0

Ive already given you info on pepipoo. Your ordering needs a LOT of work, and you still have it as one document, when looking at three is a lot simpler.1
-
Sorry! thanks for your advice i will break it down into three.. i have found it really difficult to get my head round it ..0
-
Hence, three smaller docuemnts
Order - what you want the court to order. Obviously, dismissing the claim is something the court can order. IT is not a fact, so it does not go into your WS, and it is not an argument why you are not liable, so it doesnt go into your defence.
AS long as you remember what goes where, its really nto that difficult. Of course, its the first time youve done this, but HUNDREDS of people do this .2 -
thanks again .. will keep trying0
