CE - SERVICES PCN county court letter what can I do? Follow the advice on here as i did & we won!

I have received a "claim form" from CE-services issued on 31st Jan, 2020 (attached)
this is the first communication I have received from them alleging a parking infringement for my car ion 2 March last year.
The contact telephonies number on the Claim form gives you only the option of paying or then cuts off.
I have rung the hotel & have been given "Creative car parking "as the issuer of the PCN. I have rung them & they stated that it is nothing to do with them & they cannot help but on investigations they are the same company as CE-SERVICES.
I did not receive a PCN.
I did not receive a NTO (notice to owner).
there is no dated paperwork concerning this PCN or photographic evidence showing the above car.
what do I do?

Issue date 31 January
Your first task is remove that picture and redact more info , like claim number and login reference , plus the PCN reference too2 -
Edit your post to remove that image immediately.
With the Claim Number and your MCOL password clearly visible you leave yourself open to somebody else filing a rubbish Defence on your behalf.3 -
With a Claim Issue Date of 31st January, you have until Wednesday 19th February to file an Acknowledgement of Service, but there is nothing to be gained by delaying it. To file an AoS, follow the guidance offered in a Dropbox file linked from post #2 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread - https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4816822/newbies-private-parking-ticket-old-or-new-read-these-faqs-first-thankyou
About ten minutes work - no thinking required.
Having filed an AoS, you have until 4pm on Wednesday 4th March 2020 to file your Defence.
That's over three weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute.
When you are happy with the content, your Defence could be filed via email as suggested here:
- Print your Defence.
- Sign it and date it.
- Scan the signed document back in and save it as a pdf.
- Send that pdf as an email attachment to CCBCAQ@Justice.gov.uk
- Just put the claim number and the word Defence in the email title, and in the body of the email something like 'Please find my Defence attached'.
- No need to do anything on MCOL, but do check it after a few days to see if the Claim is marked "defence received". If not, chase the CCBC until it is.
After filing your Defence, there is more to do... - Do not be surprised to receive an early copy of the Claimant's Directions Questionnaire. Nothing of interest there. Just file it.
- Wait for your own Directions Questionnaire from the CCBC, or download one from the internet - https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/form-n180-directions-questionnaire-small-claims-track , and then complete it as described by bargepole in his 'what happens when' post linked from post #2 of the NEWBIES thread - https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4816822/newbies-private-parking-ticket-old-or-new-read-these-faqs-first-thankyou"]
- The completed DQ should be returned by email to the CCBC to the same address and in the same way as your Defence was filed earlier.
- Send a copy of your completed DQ to the Claimant - to their address on your Claim Form.
3 - Print your Defence.
-
Check that your V5C has the correct name and address on it
Email a SAR to the DPO at CEL attaching a copy of the claim form to it as proof of I D under the GDPR law, to get all your data including copies of the NTK and all paperwork and pictures etc1 -
Hi thank you for replying.
Im unsure what the Acknowledgement of Service is?
Is it the same as the MCOL?0 -
Read the Newbies FAQ sticky thread near the top of the forum
Read the second post about what to do , plus the links to any bargepole post
Read the fifth post for acronyms
It's all there , IF you bother to look and KeithP gave you the link2 -

You don't even need to understand Acknowledgment of Service.
I suggested:To file an AoS, follow the guidance offered in a Dropbox file linked from post #2 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread - https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4816822/newbies-private-parking-ticket-old-or-new-read-these-faqs-first-thankyou

Acknowledgement of services was the MCOL thank you.
I'm filling out all the future claims forms & the SAR for my daughter ( for a cooked dinner, if we are one of the 99%).
I'm sending out the SAR via my email with a copy of the CC to their DPO today.
Will they send me all the details as I'm her father?
the email will state:Dear CE-services,
Please find attached: One county court claim form as proof of ID.
I request all information as a part of my SAR from you to include the following:
- ALL photos taken
- all letters/emails sent
- if the car park was Pay and Display I would like a PDT machine record from that day, of payments made, or any evidence showing the VRN was on said property.
- all data held and a full copy of the PCN, NTK
- A list of all PCNs you consider are outstanding against me or this VRN.
Sincerely,
0 - ALL photos taken

Well it needs to be FROM the data subject, of course. So why doesnt she email it?
And no AoS was not "the MCOL" - MCOL is the money claims online website. AoS is something you can do via paper or online, its a process.1 -
