    OK thanks, CCBC emailed.

    S Wilson is their legal on the first claim form but is just has the defendants name on the second.

    Is the 2nd claim form signed? IT MUST BE SIGNED to be valid. Print is of course fine, but there MUST be a name

    Bargepole came up with this simple answer for you when I discussed this with an email group off-forum:

    As she is named as the Claimant in this case, why not simply discontinue the claim?

    Why didn't we think of that?!

    that will be a N279 form, I've printed it out, its been signed & sent.

    the Claim form was on the 31.01.20.
    AOS 13.02.20
    Defence submitted/received 3.3.20.
    I haven't received a directions questionnaire so should I down load one and send it off?

    If you want it over and done with for now.  Yes , otherwise wait , the choice is yours as the newbies FAQ sticky thread tells you , no need to ask us  there are no known CCBC employees here

  • thank you...that worked for the second increased claim, they have discontinued it on the online moneyclaim site.
    I sent the DQ in for the first claim & they filed it on the 25th March so I'm just waiting on further developments.

    If they have wasted your time you can now waste some of their's, have you complained to your MP?
