What’s very telling? Other than your judgemental snobbery?
The fact that you yourself have admitted that you don't even remember all of the first show as you were a "bit drunk and nipped to bar and toilet couple of times."
No judgemental snobbery from me.
Just querying your powers of memory.0 -
With all due respect, you asked a question and just don’t like the answers you’ve been given.
If you’re determined to take it further it’d be Small
Claims - there isn’t an ombudsman for everything unfortunately.0 -

Although the OP seems to be being quite coy about it, I strongly suspect we're talking about Madonna here. She's cut several of her Palladium shows short because it appears she can't cope with doing two full shows on consecutive nights .....
You can see the comparative setlists here'
https://www.setlist.fm/search?artist=bd6bdbe&query=tour:%28Madame+X+Tour%29
On January 29th and February 1st the set consisted on 19 songs
On January 30th and February 2nd there were only 15 songs, as the show missed out the first 'act'
There's a note against the February 2nd show to say that 'The gig started at 9:10pm, and the first act was omitted (like the January 30th show), presumably to make the show easier on her injury, as it was a second show in a row without a break.'The second had at least half hour cut out of the bits I noticed. Don’t remember all of first one as was a bit drunk and nipped to bar and toilet couple of times. didn’t mind missing bits because I was intending to watch it all again the next time from a much better position0 -

I paid it because I’ve seen the artist all through their career and this is most probably the last one they will do. I’m not on about whether I can afford it or not which is none of yr business or anything to do with my question!these tickets were over £1000 and it’s not something I can easily afford and was put on the credit card!As for going on about principles being irrelevant so is yr point! This post is about whether I can make the organisers and artist take responsibility and be penalised for not giving their fans an equal experience one being very below par!You need to get off your high horse. Your attitude doesn’t come across well and nothing you said was at all relative just pompous!0

Surely it would be the promoters that the OP should have an issue with rather than the ticket sellers.0
-
Unless the tickets very specially stated that the artist would perform for a set amount of time and perform a set amount of content (which I doubt) then you have no case at all.
Often artists will vary the le goth and content of their shows for no reason.
Often a first show of a tour will be very different to the last show.0 -
Maddona by any chance?
Was she not ill?
TBH. Any refunds would need to come from the promoter, not the ticket agent.Life in the slow lane0 -
The guardian likes it:
https://www.theguardian.com/music/2020/jan/30/madonna-review-london-palladium-madame-x-tour
As do all the other reviews I've seen, banter and all. OP seems to be in a minority here. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
This is a world wide tour which no doubt would end up on dvd. Just don’t see why anyone should pay a premium price for an edited cut down version of the actual concert.
If I hadn’t seen the first show and then later found out what I missed I’d be even more p’d off!
There must some form of compensation for this? It’s the principle more than anything!😩😡
Why?
Was there a detailed listing of the program on the ad that enticed you to buy a ticket?
Was there any guarantee that the program would be the same each night?
Was there a quoted finishing time?
If something specific was promised, but not delivered, then you might (just possibly) have a case.
I doubt you will get very far with this......0
