Hi all, Firstly thank you all for the forum it’s been really helpful up till now and I’d be clueless otherwise. My main question here is how do you know if they are going to pay the £25 court fee and actually turn up? Letter states they have until the day before but you wouldn’t know until you get there? Out of interest…

the moment he leaves your court , he will forget case and open case notes for next case that will be due to start 10 mins later

Not certain they will have any advocates to send though ....... the schools and nurseries are closed.
