Email just received,
Good morning
Until further notice Salisbury Law Courts will be closing therefore it has been necessary to adjourn your hearing on Tuesday 7th April 2020.
All parties will be notified in writing when this situation changes.
Kind regards

And I suspect that when they resume the backlog will be so huge that they will strike out non important cases which are parking timewasting claims1

Standard template drivel, see zillions of times! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

yes standard stuff and to your advantage , the "advocate" will have only recieved papers minutes before court , not read them or understand the case , do not ambush him , but use his "thickness" to your advantage
the moment he leaves your court , he will forget case and open case notes for next case that will be due to start 10 mins later1 -

As said above ... total drivel
"We will ask the court to award a CCJ against you"
You have to be tempted to say .....
"I will ask the court to spank you again and will bring my own cane for the judge to use"
What a bunch of jokers, they make themselves look so stupid
