All I can say currently is thank you so much for your advice. Without all this help and guidance I wouldn't have got anywhere near this far.
I will follow your advice and email the court. I will update shortly, but once again. Thankyou.3 -
Quick update on this case fyi. I have been afforded 2 hearings by the court.....March 2021, which is just over 12 months since I posted the docs off! Just relieved to get a hearing in all honesty as both my submissions to have these CCJs set aside were late due to health reasons and also not know where to start.
1 issue I have just noticed is that I can't find my proof of postage to CEL for their copy of the documents I sent to the court in application for the 2 set asides.
Should I send a copy now? Just to keep them informed or just leave it?
Anyway......I will update as I go along and post my initial CCJ set aside docs in case any one finds them helpful.
Fingers crossed I can get both CCJs set aside. I'm really praying!
Thank you for all your help so far.2 -
Another update on this. I have my set aside hearing on the 31st of March and have just received this from the Court Manager.....what should I do here? Again this only related to one of the CCJ's not both.....0

So the address they used was over three years old when lodged the claim. I wonder what percentage have moved house in that period. They want £85 for their delay and for you to pick up the costs. Your choice, but I know what I would do.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.1

Was that offer sent "without prejudice" to you?2

There are 2 CCJ'S Their offer makes no reference to the other CCJ. They DO state it is made 'without prejudice'.
