Traffic in Lincoln is obviously bucking the trend, it was hellishly busy and with some idiots about. He didn't pass unfortunately due to one of the idiots...

I don't want to be racist... but can't stop myself stating facts.
To be honest... there are an awful lot of Eastern Europeans living there now.... not known for their high standards of driving.

Do they have driving tests at home?
Looked it up, not in depth.  They can drive here, up to 12 months, then they have to sit a British test.  As a lot live in communities, HMOs etc and tend to work very close by I'd imagine there was a lot of car sharing going on with the latest one with a license..... so relying on new blood rather than taking any personal responsibility for taking their own test as it's expensive and there's no need while a mate will drive them about.

Boston, Lincs is Polish, Lithuanians, Bulgarians and Romanians. Since the Brexit thing there was a new rush of Romanians into the area.

A few years ago Boston was described as the most Eastern European town in England.
