I don't know... she could use hers upstairs, I don't think it's solely for him as she has used it I'm sure. 
I wonder if, in part, she's becoming needy and getting closer to me, hoping for some chat/interaction.  In the early days when our paths crossed she said about her going out all day/every day that she can't stay in.... her bf can, he likes to stay in with his cat, but she can't do it.  I wonder, too, if, now she's finding fewer places to go, she wants to be my mate. 

Well, get this missus: I am not anybody's mate.... especially not yours as I despise you.   I think she's hanging around more, hoping to lure me out into a "chat".  Won't happen.  Nope. Never.  It ain't gonna ever ever happen. I've no interest in chit chat - and especially no interest in chit chat with you.... none. Never. Ain't gonna happen. Go die. 

As venues have been closing down and people've been going out less, she's had to spend more and more time here.  And now it's got to the stage where she's here all day every day except the 1 hour/day food shopping..... 

Well.... in the words of a Nice Person: She can F*** right off.  Being her mate, talking to her, was NEVER part of any deal. She's done me wrong, so she can just go and die in a pit of her own loneliness.  She made that happen, she caused it.  Suffer.  Suffer.

Did she have/work in a restaurant? Because if so, and it is now shut, she could be doing takeaway/deliveries or something.

She is going to be waiting a long time for a "chat". 

Can just imagine the language barrier...... Can't she chat to him upstairs at least she can understand what he says?

I am still puzzling over the downstairs loo. I don't believe that the upstairs one has suddenly got a genie in it since he arrived?  There must be a reason for it.

She's a BTL LL, with several properties, including another she bought 3 weeks ago.  I suspect her husband got it all... and she just inherited it all. 

No idea how old she is.... I'd guess at, early 40s?  Can't tell.... not racist, but they do all look the same.

When I came she pointed to it and said "you can use that". 
Use it? I could barely fit inside it. It's under the stairs and FILLED. FILLLED. FILLED with a massive myriad of clutter. 

And, I like to keep myself to myself. My things, my space, my way.... leave me alone.

Yes it's massive.  About 14' x 6' or so.

I bet I confuse her.... I don't let myself be seen carrying/buying food.  If I've a bag of food in the car and I come back and her car's here, I leave it in the car until she's gone out, then I bring it in.  I put nothing in the bin or recycling.  My room is always immaculate, so no clues there.... the secret kettle is secret.  

She's probably wondering how I'm eating.... as there's no evidence I do. Nor do I generate rubbish.  Must be doing her nut in
