We've had that one before. I do wonder why they bother putting the toilet in a cupboard, it's not as if you'd ever invite anybody else round.Owain_Moneysaver said:Better than some studio flats. At least the toilet's in a cupboard.

The photo shows a large living room with open plan stairs in the middle, no sep dining room.General_Grant said:lincroft1710 said:
The GF plan doesn't match the photos, and there appears to be 3 bedrooms from the photosod244051 said:https://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-73633453.html Two internal windows (though frosted) from the shower room to the kitchen! Why? There's an external one according to the floorplan (which is pic 10)
I suspect one of the rooms you are counting as a bedroom (in the photos) is marked on the plan as a Dining Room.If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0 -

Yes. You need to look at the floor plan which shows a separate dining room as well.0 -

No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -

Personally, I think "abbatoir"Hrmmm.... You would have missed out on the 2 bed terrace over five floors and its own substation in the back garden. https://www.zoopla.co.uk/for-sale/details/50180204?search_identifier=9c5a3eef0b178d92563203d218be046fThen the four bed converted chapel - Looks like there might be three graves in the back garden, possibly still occupied. https://www.zoopla.co.uk/for-sale/details/54677330?search_identifier=9c5a3eef0b178d92563203d218be046f

£200k for a pokey room. It amazes me that people buy these things.
I should think that with lock down just starting to be eased that property is not going to sell anytime soon. With more people working from home and needing space to work and people appreciating outside space that bit more, then properties like this one are just going to be on the verge of being unsaleable.3
