https://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-73633453.html Two internal windows (though frosted) from the shower room to the kitchen! Why? There's an external one according to the floorplan (which is pic 10)

The GF plan doesn't match the photos, and there appears to be 3 bedrooms from the photos

I suspect one of the rooms you are counting as a bedroom (in the photos) is marked on the plan as a Dining Room.
The photo shows a large living room with open plan stairs in the middle, no sep dining room.

Yes.  You need to look at the floor plan which shows a separate dining room as well.
Which comes back to my original point which was that the GF plan doesn't match the photos

And my original point was that you are suggesting a property which is marketed as 2-bedroomed is actually 3-bedrooms "from the photos" but I think one of the "bedroom" photos is of the room marked as the dining room on the plan.  The photos are not named and what furniture may be in the rooms might reflect an earlier use but not everyone wants a bedroom on the ground floor at the front of the house.  The plan does show that sitting room with stairs.

Better than some studio flats. At least the toilet's in a cupboard.

I'm impressed that the estate agent managed to get 5 photos out of that.

£200k for a pokey room. It amazes me that people buy these things.

I should think that with lock down just starting to be eased that property is not going to sell anytime soon. With more people working from home and needing space to work and people appreciating outside space that bit more, then properties like this one are just going to be on the verge of being unsaleable.
It hasn’t sold at that price, and I am not convinced that it was ever realistic.
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

More fly papers. And four-minute showers only.

The "master bedroom" isn't the oasis of light and calm I would usually expect, and I'm not sure how many people have been sleeping in the various sheds.

I think I am looking at too many house plans and interior photos as my brain has confused another property photo with these. I can explain the plans as 35 yrs of my working life was spent looking at house plans. but photos? Apologies.
If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales

I've never seen a kitchen like this with no cupboards or storage above counter top level.  It looks totally impractical.  But they must love it as the kitchen area constitutes 6 of the photos!

And yes, very odd to not have cupboards above the counters!
