I've never seen a kitchen like this with no cupboards or storage above counter top level.  It looks totally impractical.  But they must love it as the kitchen area constitutes 6 of the photos!
I have seen kitchens with no cupboards above counter. So impractical
I wolld love a house with a kitchen big enough that I didn't need wall cupboards (perhaps combined with just 1 wall/area/section with floor to ceiIing cupboards - so no worktop bit).  I think wall cupboards impose so much on the space in the kitchen and make it feel much smaller.  I wouldnt consider it impractical at all!
I have had several kitchens without wall cupboards above the counter. I like the open feel. I have to climb on a chair to get to the top shelves. I am not tiny but it annoys me that it’s too high to reach. If I have too much stuff I just have a clear out.
I also have a kitchen without any wall units - It feels so much bigger than it used to when there were wall units. OK, it did reduce the amount of storage space, but after a major clear out, it isn't a problem any more.

Treasure the moments that you have. Savour them for as long as you can for they will never come back again.

Better than some studio flats. At least the toilet's in a cupboard.

I'm impressed that the estate agent managed to get 5 photos out of that.

£200k for a pokey room. It amazes me that people buy these things.

I should think that with lock down just starting to be eased that property is not going to sell anytime soon. With more people working from home and needing space to work and people appreciating outside space that bit more, then properties like this one are just going to be on the verge of being unsaleable.
Someone who can just about afford a pokey place like that in Central London  like that isn't going to be in the market for a bigger space anyway. Unless they only want a "room" to stay in overnight while their main residence is out of London.
It will sale , like anywhere, at the right price. Not far, the same asking price will get you this: (both have been reduced from £250k to £200K

So depressing to live you whole life in one room.

Mind you. I seem to be living at the kitchen table at the minute. It is work, restaurant and bar at the moment........

Especially a room like that, and at that price.
That's like putting a bed and a cooker in my bathroom, and living there.
A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.

All the photos of the playground are odd, I can't think of many properties less suited to someone with children!

Why do I get the feeling that used to be the public conveniences?
