Looking on Google Maps (street view and satellite), the place looked to be derelict for a while, and then builders moved in to do some work. There are hints of unfinished works, so I suspect the place needs a bit more than just redecorating inside.SuzeQStan said:
It sure does! Has it just been empty for awhile or do you think they might have had a flood or something?Tiglet2 said:This house needs a lot of love and deep pockets

Any language construct that forces such insanity in this case should be abandoned without regrets. –

The roped off flooring covers the swimming pool. 'My' house (I house sit) has an indoor swimming pool which used to have a wooden covering. They used it for dancing. It was surprising how quickly it rotted. Thankfully it's now removed and I can use it as a poolSuzeQStan said:

EA blurb doesn’t say much really. But it’s quite cheap for the amount of land and the areaLove living in a village in the country side1 -
I don't really know the pricing in that area but it is pretty large and a high end finish.Ditzy_Mitzy said:

What I can't undertand is those curtain things around the bed. The don't seem to function as light prevention or privacy so is the decorative value really worth the trouble and complication of attached the rails to the ceiling?1 -
Feng Shui may be hocus pocus, but you can feel when a room is well designed and laid out, and when it's not. The only decent view of that house is pic 25 because the house isn't in it. Every room feels wrong. Some beams painted, not others. Dining chairs "fashionably" mismatched - bljak. What's that half curtain by the bed? Even the outside with its dwarf pillar box and shabby roof/walls makes the house stand out for the wrong reasons.Ditzy_Mitzy said:

In conclusion: Yes.1 -
My favourite bit is the beam over the bath, which would get you every time you stepped out. Also the non-vertical wall alongside the stairs, that would be very disorientating.robatwork said:
