In general I have to say I really don't get the appeal of free-standing baths. I know they are very trendy but I always just think about how you must have to clean under and around them!8 -

the boiler isn’t large enough to fill it & the free standing taps are a flood waiting to happen.
also it blocks the window so I have to stand in the bath to clean the window.the guy who tiled the wall behind it must have thought that spacers were an expense too far so the whole effect is ‘white elephant listing on a sea of tipsy tiles’
