Yeah, the angles on that house were throwing me! I'd like to see a floor plan (is there one on the listing, I couldn't see one?) The living room looks pretty small and the landing looks really tiny too.

Not the most practical layout and the third bedroom is tiny.

Standard new build. Layout best described as "stupid", the third "bedroom" is really a cupboard, and no privacy or garden at the front.

In the photo of the kitchen, taken low down, all I can see is the bin!

I actually quite like that as a quirky property. I would choose that over a 1 bed flat with the same space. Plus you get a bit of garden with it. It reminds me of the smallest house in Wales : 

If I was young and single and wanted somewhere dirt cheap instead of renting, I would consider it
