This is on my road, and where do I start?
Floorplan has no door into converted garage
That room still has the boiler in it
Another washing machine in front of (only) door to escape when the boiler blows!
Pretty sure there were no 2 beds on this estate, so I reckon the master was converted from 2 rooms.Nothing is foolproof to a talented fool.0 -

You do see boilers situated in bedrooms in older properties, presumably for necessary venting outside or when there is not enough space in the kitchen. At least boxing it in would have helped.
but looks like they've got a fridge/freezer as well as the microwave in there - possibly renting it out?1 -
There's nothing hugely noteworthy about a boiler being in a bedroom. If you really think it's going to "blow up", why would you be in the house at all?!5

Doesn't bother us in the slightest. The heating isn't on at night so we don't hear it.
I never realised that some people consider it abnormal before visiting this forum.6 -

A Victorian semi detached house in South East London was not a bad investment historically speaking, though I suspect it’s a probate sale:1
