This one gets my vote for the worst property video ever. Better with the sound on.
Must have been loads of lights when they were growing, could have left them.

The video is ridiculous! Goes into some rooms without even turning on the lights or opening the curtains. You can't see a thing!

Where you can see the floor - you can see the remains of the previous residents' "farming activities".

I expect the power is off, which would explain why the lights weren't turned on - but I agree it's a pointless video. Nice uplifting library music for it though.

I think there was a light on in the bathroom so not sure why they didn’t turn on the lights or pull down the blackout blinds.

Possibly "has been cut off" allowing for some of the other activities which appear to have been taking place!

Here's the before and after ads for a property I've been keeping an eye on.
    BEFORE
Run down wreck that somebody clearly lost their shirt on (bought July 2019 for £165k. Resold June 2022 for £170k OUCH!)

    AFTER
Developer has turned 3-beds into a 5-bed and would like to make £300k + profit on their investment.

This is on my road, and where do I start?
Floorplan has no door into converted garage
That room still has the boiler in it
Another washing machine in front of (only) door to escape when the boiler blows!
Pretty sure there were no 2 beds on this estate, so I reckon the master was converted from 2 rooms.

Not to mention, how do you legally plug a washing machine in, in a room containing a shower?

Depends on how far away from the shower the WM is, you can have a WM in that room.

And of course in other countries the bathroom is where the washing machine usually lives.
