In the same area, is this very overpriced? On since November:

I don't know if it's overpriced for the area, but it falls firmly under the heading of 'I like it but I really wouldn't want to live in it'. Most people will probably think likewise, making the house somewhat difficult to sell.sourpuss2021 said:in_my_wellies said:Comes with fishing rights too!

The TV in the first photo of the house posted by @in_my_wellies would be great for watching Poltergeist!

I think the sale in 1995 was maybe just the upper flat.sourpuss2021 said:A Victorian semi detached house in South East London was not a bad investment historically speaking, though I suspect it’s a probate sale:

I can't get my head round this one. It's barely habitable in my view, admittedly with loads of potential. But a quick squint at Zoopla suggests they have way overpriced it as a "quick sale and don't even enquire unless you're going over the asking price"!

Ok, humour me. What is wrong with a toilet right by a shower. Isn't that the norm in most small bathrooms? Do I need to re-model my house to ensure I move from the 'Eww' position to 'acceptable' position?[Deleted User] said:
