But then 2003 to 2021 the price was totally stagnant!
Don't forget there was a price crash in 2008 and many many places have not even got back to the pre 2008 price yet, so virtually flat growth for that period in some places is not unusual.3 -

That general area used to be a coal mining area and there have been problems with subsidence/heave in some streets nearby. No idea if this property has any issues, but auction properties do usually have some problems. There was a property in Boatman Drive that I linked to earlier in this thread which was advertised in an auction for £59,000 (4 bed detached new build), but was sold for around £150,000 and did have a subsidence issue.1 -

I quite agree. I think it's the greyest house I've ever had the misfortune to see. It's like the house equivalent of the Spitting Image John Major puppet.
