    A bungalow not far from me went up for sale for £290K. This is the living room:

    Yes, that's right: you can relax in your living room and admire a shotgun and sword combo.

    Unsurprisingly it didn't sell... it was relisted (twice), the price dropped to 280, 270, 260...

    And then the room was rearranged, with the odd stuff removed. Et viola, sold within a week.

    But you also have to consider the cost of the flower containers on the decking and selling with fewer toilet rolls.
