That is quite a shade of pink isn't it.... Yes, I would be tempted to keep it.

The  suite colour really doesn't work with the tiles it would probably be simple to swap out the suite for a similar fit
but if you're doing it anyway  retiling would be better as well.

Generally a strange state to leave your lounge for photographing.

What on earth does one do with all those ovens?  There appear to be three.

Microwave, full size oven, and a split oven/grill (at a guess).

Doesn't look like any microwave I've ever used, but then mine was made in 1983 and is still in daily use...

Snap.  Mine's early 80s but I can't quite remember when.  I hope it lasts forever as I never see mechanical that can time down to 5 seconds these days. Toshiba do not seem to make them any more and no wonder when they built them so well they never need replacing

I like the look of that one, and the mechanical timer looks clever.  Ours is a Panasonic Genius with fully electronic programming and a vacuum fluorescent digital display.  I worry about the latter failing, but the mechanics of the thing seem indestructible.  Perhaps they had to stop making such good ones on the basis of repeat sales being unlikely!
