A floor plan would have been useful. Currently tenanted but I wonder if the wall could be knocked through to make a diner/open plan area?joho said:Another contender for the narrowest kitchen award?

Think it's low to draw you in at the auction.I'd say about £70-£85K (but that is a rough guess) for expected price. There are several properties up with guide pride of £5k at same auction.May you find your sister soon Helli.

Wow! That was a brave move dropping that for the first time on rediscovery and hoping all the mechanism held good. Goodness knows what the cellar might reveal when they finally get in thereFreeBear said:

Thanks, didn't know, though it's not far from me. I've been inside, but I don't think that room was where the WI were selling cakes! It's an interesting house and a bit ragged at the edges, especially the outbuildings. Lots of money needing spent.FreeBear said:

I just had to look for a floor plan on the street and il take a guess its 160cm, The houses are £20 to 50k yet its getting a rather high 470 a month, Which in a bad area like this is high.
This is the kind of houses you have living next door https://www.zoopla.co.uk/property/uprn/100110032947/0 -
