Think it's low to draw you in at the auction.

I'd say about £70-£85K (but that is a rough guess) for expected price.

There are several properties up with guide pride of £5k at same auction.

Wow!  That was a brave move dropping that for the first time on rediscovery and hoping all the mechanism held good.  Goodness knows what the cellar might reveal when they finally get in there

Thanks, didn't know, though it's not far from me. I've been inside, but I don't think that room was where the WI were selling cakes! It's an interesting house and a bit ragged at the edges, especially the outbuildings. Lots of money needing spent.

I just had to look for a floor plan on the street and il take a guess its 160cm, The houses are £20 to 50k yet its getting a rather high 470 a month, Which in a bad area like this is high.
