I would have removed the cat dishes and litter tray before the estate agent came, and not every cat home needs a litter tray.
The last cat I had would have removed herself to behind the sofa. Though some previous ones would probably have made nuisances of themselves!

Well it's a bonus when you find a pet when there is no sign of one. I'm always slightly disappointed when you see bowls, beds, leads etc. and the pet is nowhere to be found! Just me.

I'm more interested in why there's an electronic LED dot matrix board thingy in the conservatory.  What does it do?  Display messages such as:

'CITY CONNECTION CABS CALL NOW', followed by a flashing telephone, some little cars and a parade of Pac-Men?  Actually that might be fun...

I think it's a heater thingy rather than an LED thingy.

Decent enough house for someone; needs a bit of a tidy up and some of the wallpaper should go, but preserving some of the features should be possible.  Looks to have fairly ample off-road parking and possibly a garage too, which the agent doesn't mention for some reason.
