And a spot the cat....once you've got over the shock of the price.

Looks pricey for the size and area - trying it on. Recent sold prices for same road
at least £150k less. It's nothing special.

But I still can't spot the cat! Help!

I see sh*tty beige/brown has taken over from grey as the latest trend. To quote Oscar Wilde " nothing is so dangerous as being too modern, one is apt to grow old fashioned quite suddenly."

Blimey, Loughton is a nice area but that price for a 2 bedroom house?
    - Have saved that property to monitor - curious to see when the asking price inevitably drops...

Brand new and obsolete already. Going to need to have chargers retrofitted somehow.
Far more likely that charging will get faster and faster and people will use petrol station style charging facilities. There's already 20 minutes to 90% charges available at service stations and supermarkets.

I think it looks like a badly built 60's box, but then that's probably the price for a decent sized seviced  bulding plot in Kerching!  ....sorry, I mean Tring.

I’ve noticed this quite frequently on Rightmove lately….flats being included in search results when specifically excluding them, then described in the particulars as “bungalow alternative”… I wonder if that strategy has any success.

If you are logged in you can click the X in the search results, and then it asks you why you clicked it. You can say "description inaccurate". I don't know if it has any effect.

Wow, I'm surprised the agent didn't photoshop that out. Maybe the seller made it clear they wouldn't sell to black people or something so it's there to avoid embarrassing enquires.

Is it me of have they photoshopped something out of the first photo of the front of the building? On the left there are some extremely long bricks that I think are the result of bad photoshop skills.
