I’ve noticed this quite frequently on Rightmove lately….flats being included in search results when specifically excluding them, then described in the particulars as “bungalow alternative”… I wonder if that strategy has any success.

Is it a strategy? I usually assume such things are c0ck-ups rather than cunning marketing ploys (mid-terrace houses indexed as "detached" etc).AFF8879 said:I’ve noticed this quite frequently on Rightmove lately….flats being included in search results when specifically excluding them, then described in the particulars as “bungalow alternative”… I wonder if that strategy has any success.

Not at all tricky to trunk it under the pathway.[Deleted User] said:
Not difficult to engineer, but difficult to get permission for. They will have to have a cable crossing the public footpath, and ideally a post installed for their parking space. The spaces aren't numbered so I hope the ownership is clear.Woolsery said:
You're a bit obsessed with those. It's hardly a difficult engineering feat, but it may not be necessary anyway. In the world envisioned by many of our leaders, people who live in small dwellings like these will have no need for personal transport in the future and they'll hire vehicles when required. Read up on the World Economic Forum's web site. Their plans seem pretty much on track to me![Deleted User] said:
Brand new and obsolete already. Going to need to have chargers retrofitted somehow.
