It's sometimes difficult to flog an old concrete panel bungalow, but this grubby lot apparently don't give a monkey's:
Of course, they think it'll be bought for cash, demolished and turned into something else, but although the tucked away plot is nicely private, I'm not sure the plot gives a great deal of scope at that price.
Dig the variation on a theme in the bathroom

Unclear as to why you are calling them grubby.  Untidy maybe, not to your standards, possibly, but grubby is un-necessary.

    Photos 6 and 7 I imagine.

I do wonder why people don't seem to tidy up on quite a few of these though. Almost like they don't want to give a good impression.

Sorry,  I must've hallucinated the muck under the bath and on the bedroom floors. I'd be more sympathetic in tone if it looked like an elderly person's property, but it's not . It could even be young tenants who didn't care what the place looked like for the photos.

A sympathetic tone is not necessary.  Perhaps less of the judgmentalism.  Not everyone lives to the same standards or wishes to live in a show home.  Nor does everyone know to tidy the house to make it more attractive to prospective buyers.

You're bang-on there; I do judge people. I judge them to be capable of much more than you appear to think possible.

Tenants have no incentive to tidy up. Quite the reverse, really.

No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

I thank (deity of your choice) that our house is not on the market. You lot would be sniggering!

This has been on the open market for years with 2 estate agents and it's finally going to auction https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/53125864?utm_campaign=property-details&utm_content=buying&utm_medium=sharing&utm_source=copytoclipboard#/&channel=RES_BUY
It had already dropped about 100k before being listed at auction.
