PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING: Hello Forumites! In order to help keep the Forum a useful, safe and friendly place for our users, discussions around non-MoneySaving matters are not permitted per the Forum rules. While we understand that mentioning house prices may sometimes be relevant to a user's specific MoneySaving situation, we ask that you please avoid veering into broad, general debates about the market, the economy and politics, as these can unfortunately lead to abusive or hateful behaviour. Threads that are found to have derailed into wider discussions may be removed. Users who repeatedly disregard this may have their Forum account banned. Please also avoid posting personally identifiable information, including links to your own online property listing which may reveal your address. Thank you for your understanding.

Surely, the space marked study/store is Bed3? It's 7x7, but that's at least the same size as the Bed 3 in the first house I owned. No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0

Patr100 said:In my old place, I had a very old chest of drawers that I eventually broke up when I moved (charity shop didn't even want it ) but for temp storage to use it I managed to lift and put it into an alcove between the chimney breast and wall - it was such a tight fit that I realised later that it was sitting on top of the skirting board on three sides!
It would up being dismantled and their neighbours very kindly agreed to take the bits to the tip for them, as moving the remains seemed a bit daft! All posts are my personal opinion, not formal advice Always get proper, professional advice (particularly about anything legal!)1 -
