Loads of potential though I think. Tell you what, bet someone would snap up that bathroom suite. I'm almost tempted myself.
I've been mentally rejigging it to account for the doors off bedrooms. Maybe the kitchen in Bedroom 2 and the living area in Bedroom 1/Utility, then the bedrooms at the front.
Still leaves you with a galley kitchen and a door between the garage and a bedroom -All posts are my personal opinion, not formal advice Always get proper, professional advice (particularly about anything legal!)1
