Makes no sense in putting a shower here as need to walk through here to access two bedrooms.user1977 said:Interesting location for the shower room:

Would make more sense to make that room a walk through utility room as don’t embarrass the washing machine or tumble drier if walk through the room when in use1 -
Whilst it would be easy enough to get rid of the redundant shower and convert to a more sensible layout, the sensible reaction to that place is to run away! Look at the upper storeys of the building, then the cladding panels and exterior lights over the balcony. The walls are grimy and grey, the cladding is sagging and the lights are covered in rust. The balcony beneath has a good crop of moss and there is standing water visible further up. Moving inside there is mould visible, skirting boards appear to be rotting in the bathrooms and tiles are falling off. The presence of additional electric heaters is concerning too. The whole place would appear to be riddled with damp.user1977 said:Interesting location for the shower room:

At first I thought it wasn't so bad. Sure, it's got two doors, but I guess it's useful to be able to use it as an en suite or just a shower room for the general house.user1977 said:Interesting location for the shower room:

One here which looks as though it had a lot spent on it in the 70's, but not a lot since.

But this one's a bit disturbing. Did they really tell Granny "Just keep yourself under the duvet while this nice man takes some pictures" for photo 13? ...and again for the video?!

Is whoever it is actually alive?! Were they expecting the undertakers before the estate agents?YellowCarBlueCar said:One here which looks as though it had a lot spent on it in the 70's, but not a lot since.
