but it's hard to tell how substantial the current kitchen infrastructure build is, or how far they can expand into the "rear yard" under permitted development.

One I am probably off to have a look at tomorrow - normally I don't view places I don't think I'll offer on (and I would love to take this on, but with it being listed you're probably looking at six figures just to get the correct windows put in and my developing career is not yet at that stage!!) but it's an open view, so fair game!

They mention internal features so a pity they couldn't show us in the photographs.
Even if it's dark there's such a thing as flash photography these days. even just using a phone.
