Thoughts on this please. The very cheapest 2 beds are going for £150-£170k (cheapest 1 beds are £120k-£140k) so this is at a good discount. I know this is above a shop as well, and I know the High Street is ridiculously loud.

It might be hard - but not impossible - to get a mortgage on the property if they don't have their own entrance. I am sure the noise can be dealt with with some added insulation and that is indeed very affordable for Bristol. If that is the kind of property you are keen on, why not go see it?

The walls don't appear to be very thick - Wonder if it is precast concrete panels or solid block walls. Either way, going to be expensive to heat. Might be possible to fit internal wall insulation which would improve things considerably.
