Its a reduced market too, which is good for me.So couple the MMA, with the fact that it is "leasehold", you get a property which is below market value. Its been a rental for the past few years, and now the landlord wants to sell. I suspect it wont meet the electrical regulations, which is reason to sell. Gas should be ok.
