I know this house and a bit about the owner...it would be a fantastic buy at that price. It will have been restored and converted to the highest standard. Honestly couldn’t believe the asking price.....I hope my premium bond is the £1m winner....I’d be knocking on the door!!

There was some other decent property in the area(did the 1 mile) and you get a lot for your money over that way.

And what are those two teddy bears up to.... No, I don't want to know.

The Aldi distribution centre the other side of the trees would put me off - Those places run 24/7 with a constant stream of trucks going in & out.
