• "Grade two listed " - Might be some limitations to what alterations etc you can make or they may be more expensive than non listed properties.
• As a former school building, It feels a little "industrial"  (high ceilings and windows/that staircase ) so maybe if you wanted to sell on,  or have kids later may not suit a family but looks like  a lot of space for a single bloke.

High ceilings and original windows = PITA to heat, I expect.

Main "bedroom" being a mezzanine area overlooking living/kitchen means kitchen smells/noise in the bedroom and no privacy between bedroom and living room.

Such an interesting juxtaposition of dated furniture and lots of fairly new tellies.

Absolutely hideous faux beams in that room too. About the only redeeming feature might be the cellar.
