Yes it's legal. There is no official regulated definition of a bedroom.

The spec of the first posting lists that the bedroom has a window.  Maybe In the photo on the second listing it’s blinds that are down?

There's a window to the hallway but I cannot see any external window unless they've pushed the wardrobe up against it.

They've put the lights on but the lighter "whiter" area at the end of the bed suggests there is some natural light coming in.
