https://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-74865343.html Nice carpets, motorsport for the infirm and a very impractical attic room. . P.S. Sorry for the separate posts, I never expected one small village to have so much to offer...2

Two if you include the loft room.Any language construct that forces such insanity in this case should be abandoned without regrets. –

Kinda liking this one - Only downside is the A5 and the canal at the back of the garden.daivid said: https://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-94967546.html Nice tiles in the bathroom and the kitchen looks like an afterthough.

Ah, basically they're counting the corridor between the bathroom/landing and the workshop as a bedroom. Fantastic.0 -

Some might say having a world heritage site in your back garden is a good thing. The parking for the canal being right next to the house would be worse, but yeah potentially having canal boats moored outside your back garden is not the best.FreeBear said:

No private parking for that house and right on the canal entrance for that side of the Pontcysylltle aquaduct - the quieter side but still rammed in summer. Perhaps will go to someone who turns it into one or two holiday lets, for which the location would be a big plus. I was drawn to a very similar property on a much quieter stretch of the canal, it was still uninhabited (/able) years later so head rightly overruled heart on that one, the condition on the one linked looks ok so I'm not sure why it is being sold by auction.moneysavinghero said:FreeBear said:

Bedroom 3 (3.1m x 1.51m (10'2" x 4'11")) is apparently adjacent to the workshop - not labelled on floorplan.FreeBear said:daivid said: https://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-74865343.html Nice carpets, motorsport for the infirm and a very impractical attic room. .How on earth can it be described as a "three bed" property ???I count one bedroom at best.
