I know where my money would be. 

At least one could use some or all the £7 million saving to buy a gold-plated sledgehammer.  That bulldog statue really needs putting out of its misery.  I'd keep the oddly-proportioned female figures, however, if only to fit them with electric motors and have them turn their heads at random intervals.  It would be fun to deny they were so rigged to any guests that come round...

I was expecting something a little bit more impressive than that. I thimk that property would be about £380-400k in Leicester. 

I like the skylights.

And a house of that size will contain umpteen things to shine clean!

Rather presumptuous, in my opinion, of them to assume that any prospective buyer will immediately want to shell out even more and transform the dwelling into the ersatz-Arts-and-Crafts dollshouse set out in the plans.  Are people round there made of money?
