Best bit is the Appx £3500 VAT per year service charge. For £300 per month I'd want the white lines to be immaculately square, and the surface to be so shiny I get that "wide tyres on shiny new surface" squeak as I pull out into the hoi polloi.

But surely that is for the chauffeur to do while you get to sit in the back swigging the G&T.
